		<description>I have made this recipe many times, it is brilliant. There is one flaw though, probably due to Australia&#039;s historical food availability, which is the use of instant coffee and hot water. I dont do this. This cake is much better with real coffee. So make two cups of very strong arabica bean coffee, fresh ground. Pour one cup into the recipe and drink the other yourself.
The cake looks better with icing sugar dusting</description>
